which north sea island?

Hello!

We would like to go in nдchsten summer with our then nine month old twins to the North Sea islands. Who has experience and can tell us what you probably best drives?

Look forward informed about every tip!

Hello,

generally you can probably recommend all Nordseeinseln closed for a family holiday - depending on just what expectations you have!

My favorites are Langeoog and Sylt, Spiekeroog and Fцhr but are also very schцn. I have not even visited the others have, however, already gehцrt positive reports from friends of Amrum, Baltrum and Borkum.

Langeoog and Spiekeroog are car-free, i. H. You leave your car in a guarded parking lot on the mainland stand and ride with the Fдhre hinьber. On the islands there are only a few electric cars and special vehicles (ambulances, o.д.). Fahrrдder and carts can be rented.

After Fцhr it goes with the Autofдhre, to Sylt with the car train.

I wьrde not hesitate to go again (with small children) to all four islands.

Hello,

we were with our daughter, then 9 months Baltrum. Just great, a small, quiet, family friendly island. And car-free! Since you can really wind down, go for a walk, etc. We had a child-friendly apartment. There are a few Spielplдtze and natьrlich much beach (and Watts, but since I do not stand so it). We will certainly go there again and in our family this is THE holiday island.

However, if you are looking for the bustle that there are only in the absolute high season.

Love GrьЯe

The East Frisian Islands are somehow all great. Closed for families I wьrde Langeoog, Wangerooge, or Borkum tend. Although one must only on Borkum take the car out of the three.
I hope you find the right closed for you.

Look forward informed about every tip!I find the island of Juist wunderschцn. However, the prices speak closed for themselves, so we always do on the mainland vacation and make Tagesausflьge to the islands.

GruЯ,
GretchenJuist is great - with small children - so to 8/10 ungefдhr.
After that children Juist find just yet deadly dull. The swimming pool is very ьbersichtlich and offers children up to 6-8 years yet sufficient variety.

Juist is wuuuunderschцn - mainly for adults. Children's ambience damn.

The beach is great, riiiiiesig - you have it until you are well on the water

My kids prefer Langeoog - it is simply furnished much more on families, there are many more facilities for children - but is only half as schцn.

And a serious drawback: Juist is very expensive - closed for us in high season no longer affordable. My husband and I will be back in 8-10 years - if the children do not come on holiday with ...
