Hours reduction wдhrend pregnancy?

I've got a question which is actually not quite right here in paЯt, but I thought vll. has made an experience.
What's it like when you work full time, becomes pregnant and then mцchte reduce hours?
Is this allowed so because of the Maternity Protection Act?
Has done one of you?
Has been able to find any information.

Thank closed for answers!I did this. Was simple: I am on my Frauenдrztin, have described that and why I can not serve the full eight hours in Bьro (I had severe Rьcken- and leg pain) that I mцchte but not quite sick because I do not am sick but only ьberlastet something.

She gave me the same about a certificate "eingeschrдnkt arbeitsfдhig" issued informed about six hours tдglich (but that's a case by case individually, she asked me how I einschдtze six hours, I thought that would go sure).

The thing I have my employer put in my face and then I went home tдglich after six hours. Was first a comic Gefьhl, but it has so much helped that I did not regret it!

if you get any certificate from the doctor that you can work a few hours, then you need it "officially" Six months in advance in writing Apply (Teilzeitbeschдftigungsgesetz).

That's the difference between a partial or full Beschдftigungsverbot and sick leave.

I am since November with 50% in a partial and Beschдftgungsverbot but get very norrmal my money on.

The employer somehow gets it the part that you do not "earnings" zurьckbezahlt ...
